Qfor

CRiON is the first credit insurance broker to receive the Q* For quality label for client satisfaction, which means that more than 80 percent of our clients say they are “satisfied” or even “very satisfied” about CRiON’ s services.

Recognised by our clients

If an ISO norm focuses on the quality of the internal processes in a company, Q* for assesses the satisfaction of the external partners: the clients.

The Q* For- auditor asked a representative sample of our clients if we analysed their needs correctly and how good we are as an advisor and as a provider of training programmes. Moreover, the auditor also checked if our documentation is both complete and relevant and whether our staff is competent. After surveying our clients, the Q* For- analyst has audited CRiON and assessed the level of training and staff setup and has examined whether continuity of our organisation is guaranteed. Afterwards, the analyst prepared a report containing the satisfaction scores and all client remarks were assembled in a citations report (Click here for the full text of the report and the citations report)

CRiON has been awarded the Q*For label because we achieved the minimum of an eighty percent client satisfaction rating, and in fact we have surpassed this minimum by a wide margin.

Recognised by the Regional authorities

CRiON is officially recognised by the Ministry of the Flemish Community as an advisor and training provider. Because of this the Flemish government will issue advice and training cheques for half of the cost.
