What ?

The intention of our consulting service is to put into practice those activities that contribute to the optimisation of your credit management.

CRiON approach:

Starting from the audit, you determine which actions you want us to elaborate. A complete plan will be worked out for each chosen action point (including schedule and different steps to be taken). It will be either you or we who will implement the necessary actions. This will, of course, be followed by a follow-up: have the objectives been reached?

Specific approach for international companies:

CRiON is aware of the fact that international groups do need a different approach. CRiON offers support in any decision (centralizing or decentralizing), works out procedures and reporting guidelines at group level and helps to implement.
